FAQ for Florist
- Please send the flowers on the delivery date of order, do not change the delivery date without instruction from us.
- Please deliver the flowers within the delivery time slot
- For residental delivery, please call recipient before delivery to ensure someone will be at home
- Please take photo if the flowers leave outside of the house or guard office
- If delivery address is incorrect, please notify us immed
- We don't allow customer to change delivery address on the last minute, but if you can send it, just go ahead
- Please update the delivery status immed once the flowers has arrived.
